David is chairman of sports and education charity KickStart Ghana, and coordinator at the Daneford Trust, a charity that aims to help create a community of active global citizens in London. Having also worked at VSO on the International Citizen Service, David is a strong believer in the impact that young people and volunteers can have on both their communities at home and those further afield. He also volunteers as a youth American Football coach in south London.
David is really keen to help people explore the benefits that volunteering can have for individuals, and how this can help them in the future. He also believes that volunteer’s personal development is really important to make sure that the work that volunteers undertake is as effective as it can be to help the organisations they are working with.
